Sometimes taking a class from home, at your own time, space and pace, fits best into our personal lifestyle. My CA Online Studio might then be an option for you! I offer over CA yoga classes as well as CA Therapy exercise videos. All is taught in English.

Do you have specific problem areas or injuries, or feel a lot of stress that you would like to address with focused, personal attention? I offer one-on-one sessions in Amsterdam East, de Pijp, or Diemen. Sometimes it is possible to support you via Zoom. I teach in Dutch and English

About Zita
I’m here to support you to refind your core being - by alleviating back-related pain, imbalanced movement patterns, and stress symptoms.
My work is based in the Critical Alignment Yoga method in which we develop ease, flexibility and an inner strength - both in the body and mind. My aim is to bring lightness, energy and joy back into your life – by understanding what pulls us away from it.
I am a senior Critical Alignment Yoga & Therapy teacher, and foremost a lifelong learner. Through my own experience and studies, I realized that the body has a self-healing capacity: if we restore the open connection with the body, and dare to let go of tension patterns, the body will always move towards balance by itself. The CA method offers unique tools to start this research into connection, and to choose for a lighter, freer life every day.
